Our church has established a scholarship fund to encourage the study of ways to be peacemakers in today’s world.  This scholarship may be awarded to persons pursuing formal academic programs of peace studies or less formal training opportunities related to peacemaking, non-violence or conflict transformation.  Scholarship amounts vary but are generally for $1,000 to $2,000 per recipient.

Applications must be submitted to the Peace Studies Scholarship Selection Committee c/o the WCOB no later than the last Friday in June.   Scholarships are awarded in August.
