Judy Saunders-Jones is the co-founder of the Jones and Smith Racial Healing Clinic in Baltimore, Md.,  (https://www.racialhealingclinic.com).  With over 27 years of experience in Maryland Public Schools, she has a successful history of  organizing programs on  equity and cultural proficiency and provides leadership in establishing system-wide staff development goals, needs, and priorities for equity.  Judith is an experienced diversity trainer and facilitator, equity and inclusion specialist, and the Equity and Inclusion Officer for Carroll County (Md.) Schools.  In 2019, she was the recipient of Maryland Multicultural Coalition's Jack Epstein award for contributions in multicultural education.

Dr. Richard Maurice Smith is the co-founder of the Jones and Smith Racial Healing Clinic in Baltimore, Md., (https://www.racialhealingclinic.com).   He is an Associate Professor of Sociology, the Special Advisor to the Provost on Diversity Initiatives, at the 2020 recipient of the Ira G. Zepp Distinguished Teaching Award at McDaniel College (Md.). He has taught numerous courses in Race and Racism, African American Culture, Social Psychology, Religion and Criminal Justice for nearly two  decades.  Additionally, he is a Diversity Consultant and Trainer for Carroll County Public Schools.

Rev. Dr. Marty Kuchma has been Senior Pastor of St. Paul's United Church of Christ (https://stpauls-ucc.org) in Westminster < Md., for nearly sixteen year.  He is also Senior Adjunct Professor at Lancaster Theological Seminary (Pa.) and an adjunct faculty member at McDaniel College (Md.) Social Work Department.  He has a passionate interest in issues of justice and equity and has been actively involved in organizations working toward those goals.  He was a recipient of the Carroll County Human Relations Commission annual award.  Marty and presented and consulted widely on race and racism and is currently finalizing a book intended to help white people meaningfully engage in the work of  anti-racism.

Dr. Raza Khan is the. President of the Islamic Society of Carroll County (https://iscmd.org) in Westminster, Md., and currently serves as Division Chair of Sciences and is Program Director of STEM Scholars at Carroll Community College.  He earned both his bachelor and doctorate degrees from Howard University.  He was selected Faculty of the Year at each of the four colleges he has worked.  He has been nominated two times for the Governor of Maryland's Service and Volunteerism award.  He was recently selected at the Keynote Speaker for the 2020 for the Carroll County Human Relations Commission for his multitude of service to bring understanding, an open forum of dialogue and  harmony among various faith-based organizations.
