Senior Choir Directors
Julie Richard co-directs the Senior Choir with Barbara Groff. Together they choose music for worship services and rehearse the choir to sing for the Sunday Service, usually three Sundays each month from September through June. They also plan our annual Candlelight Service of Christmas music for the Sunday before Christmas. The Senior Choir practices on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30.
Piano
Thad Franzén plays the piano for Streams of Joy and conducts various groups from time to time.
Betsy Young and Phyllis Rice also play piano for our services from on occasion.
Organist
Ann Young is our organist. Ann accompanies the Senior Choir, plays gathering music, preludes, and hymns during worship.
Bell Choir Director
Ronald Douglass conducts the combined Bell Choirs for our church and St. Paul's United Church of Christ. This group is called Belle Grove Legato because it is a combined group of the two churches connected across Bell Grove Square. Belle Grove Legato practices on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:15 at St. Paul's UCC and on the second and last Saturdays of the month. This group performs at both churches during worship on the last Sunday
of the month, except in June.
Chimes Choir Conductor
Brady Starr conducts the combined Chimes Choirs for our church and St. Paul's United Church. This group is called Rainbow Ringers, which practices from 6:30 to 7:00 PM on Thursdays and the second and last Saturdays of each month, September through May.
Streams of Joy
Don Rowe conducts Streams of Joy, our singing group which does praise music. Streams of Joy practices on Wednesdays from 6:45 to 7:30 PM.
This group performs most Sundays during worship.
